I. Hypothesis (One or two sentence statement of expected outcome)

II. Materials: (usually listed in the book)

III. Procedure: (usually listed in the book)

IV. Discussion and Results (one or two paragraphs... make sure you cover all the details but don't go on and on...)

V. Conclusions: (was hypothesis proven or disproven; answer any questions in the book; were there any problems encountered; are there any suggestions to improve the experiment; are there any suggestions to further the experiment in this area or what is the next step?...)

Note: The Report must be typed… Times New Roman 12… Double Spaced
