I. Fitness Pre-Test: endurance, flexibility, agility, strength

III.Team sports: volleyball, flag football, basketball, soccer, soft ball

V. Nutrition
VI. Aerobics: Dance and jump rope. (March 23rd-April 17th)
VII. Fitness Post-Test (April 20th- May 15th)

Donations needed: 28.5 size basketballs, size 4 and 5 soccer balls, size appropriate jump ropes, and tennis rackets.
