Our annual Fall Festival will be on Sunday, October 25th, 2009 located on parish and school grounds. If you would like to participate as a sponsor or make a donation, please contact the school office at 476-1480 or send an email to ptc@smcaustin.org.
Halloween Costumes
Halloween costumes may be worn during this year’s Fall Festival. Tennis shoes are strongly recommended.
Saturday, October 24th!
All kitchen personnel will be in Bishop’s Hall at 8:00 a.m. to clean, cut, and bag all vegetables and fruit.
Auction personnel will also be in Bishop’s Hall to arrange and set-up auction items.

Please join us on Saturday, October 24th starting at 8:00 a.m. to help set-up this year’s Fall Festival. During this time, each game booth will need to be prepared and decorated by the HOMEROOM PARENTS and the Auction area organized. This is a great opportunity to pick-up a few volunteer hours!!!
FALL FESTIVAL TICKETS ON SALE! Tickets will be available for sale tomorrow Friday morning in the drop-off alley for .50 cents each. Bundles of 10 tickets for $5 and 20 tickets for $10 will be available. On October 20th, each student will receive 5 free tickets.
GARAGE SALE UPDATE…
Garage Sale items will be taken on Saturday, October 24th for set-up in the Cafeteria. Please drop-off items in the Donahue Center starting at 8:00 a.m. Please, NO large items, furniture or clothing!
Don’t forget to check your scheduled time to volunteer at your child’s game booth and/or other booths this Sunday! Schedules were handed out on Tuesday!
